(1) According to section 3 of the Act, if the person who complains requests to keep his name confidential, the police office that registers the complaint shall make arrangements to register the complaint under the fictitious name of the complainant.
(2) No one shall disclose the name kept confidential as per sub-rule (1) except in the case of demand in connection with investigation, prosecution and judgment.
